10-week course: „Anatomy for Yogis“ with Julie Blumenthal

What are the connections between physical, subtle and spiritual? How is each individual body unique, and how best to personalise practice for these variations? How exactly does a physical yoga practice create such incredible energetic effects? In this course, we will come to a greater understanding of our physical selves. We will gain a deeper knowledge of just how our physical form provides the amazing vehicle for our internal experiences. We will get a more profound awareness of how to adapt practice both inside and out, for everything from common injuries and conditions, to variations in structure, to emotional, mental and energetic circumstances and needs.

Each 75-minute session will include theory, group discussion and practice focusing on a region or system of the body, getting to know it more deeply, exploring variations and connections, as well as insights into common conditions, health benefits of physical and subtle practices and more.
